How to Connect LINE OA 5 Steps
Prepare LINE OA
A verified LINE Official Account is required. If you do not have one, sign up free at LINE OA Manager.
Go to Settings → Channels
Log into Seller Pao, navigate to Settings → Channels, and click 'Add Channel'.
Select LINE OA
Choose 'LINE Official Account' from the list. The system guides you through the remaining connection steps.
Enter Channel Token
In the LINE Developers Console, copy the Channel Access Token and paste it into Seller Pao.
Set up Webhook
Copy the Webhook URL from Seller Pao and paste it in LINE OA Manager → Settings → Messaging API.
LINE OA FAQ
Can I use my personal LINE account?
No. A LINE Official Account (LINE OA) is required. Personal LINE accounts are not supported. LINE OA is free to create at LINE OA Manager.
Will old LINE chats come in?
Only new chats after connection sync into Seller Pao. Chat history from before the connection is not imported.
Can I reply to LINE chats from Seller Pao?
Yes. You can reply directly from the Seller Pao dashboard without opening LINE OA Manager separately.
Does it support multiple LINE OA accounts?
Yes. Multiple LINE OA accounts can be connected to one Seller Pao account. All chats appear in a single dashboard.
Does LINE OA Free Plan work?
Yes. The free LINE OA plan supports the Messaging API that Seller Pao requires. Note that the free plan has a monthly broadcast message limit.
