How to Use Flash Express with Seller Pao
Connect Flash Express
In Settings → Shipping, select Flash Express and enter your API Key from the Flash Express Dashboard.
Select orders to ship
On the Orders page, select the orders ready to ship. Multiple orders can be selected at once.
Choose Flash Express as courier
Click create label and select Flash Express. The system fills in the recipient address from the order automatically.
Batch print labels
Click 'Print Labels'. Seller Pao generates Flash Express labels for all selected orders and outputs them as a single batch.
Track parcels automatically
After shipping, Flash Express parcel status updates in Seller Pao automatically including COD collection status.

Which Flash Express services does Seller Pao support?
All Flash Express services are supported: express delivery, standard delivery, and COD (Cash on Delivery). Labels can be printed for any service type.
Can I batch print multiple labels?
Yes. Select multiple orders and print all Flash Express labels in one action. Labels are generated together as a batch.
Can I track COD from Flash Express?
Yes. Seller Pao tracks COD status automatically. Collected and pending payments are visible in the dashboard without checking the Flash Express system separately.
Can I use Flash Express with Kerry and J&T at the same time?
Yes. Seller Pao supports multiple couriers in one system. You can assign a different courier to each order and print mixed labels in a single batch.
Do I need a Flash Express account first?
Yes. A Flash Express account and API Key are required. Enter the API Key in Seller Pao Settings to connect.
