How to manage orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and LINE in one place

What you need

  • Seller Pao account (free trial available)
  • Seller account on each channel you want to connect
  • Browser or Seller Pao mobile app

Stores selling on multiple channels simultaneously often lose 2-3 hours a day switching between apps to check orders. Seller Pao brings every channel into one screen. Follow this guide to set up in 15 minutes.

    Sign up and access the dashboard

    Go to sellerpao.com and click Try Free. Enter your email and password. No credit card required. After verifying your email, the system takes you to the main dashboard where all channel orders will converge. If you already have an account, skip this step.

    Connect Shopee Thailand

    Go to Integrations and select Shopee. Click Connect Store. The system opens Shopee Seller Center. Log in and click Authorize Seller Pao. New Shopee orders will flow into your dashboard automatically. Orders from the past 30 days will also sync in.

    Connect Lazada Thailand

    Same process as Shopee. Go to Integrations, select Lazada, click Connect, then log in to your Lazada Seller Center account. After authorizing, Lazada orders appear alongside Shopee orders in the same dashboard with real-time inventory sync.

    Connect Facebook Page and TikTok Shop

    For Facebook, you must be a Page Admin. Go to Integrations, select Facebook, log in with the personal account that has Admin access, then select your Page. For TikTok Shop, follow the same flow. The system supports both TikTok Shop orders and TikTok Live Order Capture.

    Connect LINE Official Account

    Requires a Verified-tier LINE OA or above. Go to Integrations, select LINE OA, and click Connect via LINE Developers. The system asks for your Channel ID and Channel Secret from LINE Developers Console. Enter these and click Save. LINE orders and chats will appear in the same dashboard.

    View all orders in one unified dashboard

    Return to the main dashboard. You will see orders from every channel in a single table, filterable by channel, status, date, or courier. Each order shows the customer name, items, price, and payment status. Click any order to view details or print a shipping label.

    Set up new order notifications

    Go to Settings and select Notifications. Enable Push Notifications on mobile or email to receive instant alerts when new orders arrive from any channel. You can configure which channels trigger alerts and set a minimum order value threshold.

    Print shipping labels from all channels at once

    Select the orders you want to ship from Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, or LINE and click Print Labels. The system generates courier-specific shipping labels for all selected orders in a single print run. Flash Express, Kerry, and J&T labels print together. No need to open multiple courier sites.
