Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Angpao System Co., Ltd. ("Seller Pao" or "we") and you. By signing up or accessing Seller Pao through our website, application, or API, you agree to these terms in full.
1. General use
Seller Pao is an all-in-one online store management platform covering chat, orders, inventory, shipping, and accounting. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable under Thai law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
2. Accounts and data
Registration information must be true, accurate, and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, misuse the service, or violate these terms. You can request account deletion anytime at contact@sellerpao.com.
3. Intellectual property
The Seller Pao platform, software, logo, brand name, Pao mascot, and all website content are intellectual property of Angpao System Co., Ltd. Your store data, orders, inventory, and business information remain yours. We only use that data to provide and improve the service.
4. Fees and payment
Fees follow the plan you select on our Pricing page. Prices exclude 7% VAT unless stated otherwise. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice. If payment is overdue by more than 30 days, we may suspend access until paid in full.
5. Shipping service terms
This section applies when you use Seller Pao's shipping features, which connect to third-party carriers: Flash Express, Kerry Express, J&T Express, Thailand Post, and others.
5.1 Our role We are a platform intermediary that helps you create shipments, print labels, schedule pickups, and track packages. We are not a shipping carrier.
5.2 Sender status When you create a shipment, you are the sender and fully responsible for package contents, whether shipping your own goods or on behalf of others.
5.3 Your guarantees You guarantee all shipped items are legal, not prohibited (drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeits, IP-infringing goods), properly packaged, and that all recipient/address/weight information is accurate.
5.4 Our liability limit We cannot inspect every package. If a package contains illegal items, full liability falls on you as sender. We may suspend, refuse, or cancel shipments and cooperate with authorities if we detect irregularities.
5.5 Carrier liability Damage, loss, or delays by carriers are governed by that carrier's terms. We'll help coordinate claims on your behalf but are not directly liable.
5.6 Indemnification If we incur damages, claims, or fines from your illegal shipments or term violations, you agree to fully indemnify us.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide the platform as-is without guarantees of uptime or error-free operation. Maximum liability is capped at fees you paid in the most recent 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data.
7. Suspension and termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for term violations, false information, illegal use, or compliance with court/government orders.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes shall be resolved by Thai courts.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
