Some couriers do not accept a tracking number from the URL, so their page opens empty. The number is copied to your clipboard first so you can paste it.
This page is a shortcut to each courier's own official tracking page. It does not fetch parcel status itself and does not store the number you enter.
Where to find the tracking number
If you bought on a marketplace, the number is on the order detail screen. If you ordered directly from a shop, the shop sends it in chat once the parcel ships. Sellers who ship themselves will find it on the shipping label.
Why there is no status yet
A tracking number usually takes several hours after the shop ships before the courier scans it in and shows a status. If more than a day has passed with nothing, ask the shop whether the parcel actually entered the courier's network.
If you are a shop checking dozens of numbers a day
Opening each courier site and pasting numbers one at a time does not scale. As order volume grows, most shops move to a system that pulls every courier's status into one screen and only flags the parcels that are stuck.
