Data deletion request
Users can request deletion of their Seller Pao account data and information connected from Facebook by following the steps below. Revoking access stops future access to Meta data and does not affect the user's Facebook Page.
Remove access through Facebook
In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then go to Settings > Apps and websites. Select Seller Pao and choose Remove. If Facebook offers an option to send a data deletion request, select it. Menu names may vary slightly by device and language.
Send a request to Seller Pao
Email contact@sellerpao.com from the address used for your Seller Pao account. Include the account name and the Page that was connected. Never send a password, access token, or App Secret by email.
What happens after a request
The Company verifies the requester and the scope of the request, then deletes or de-identifies data that is no longer needed to provide the service. Users can ask for an update from the same email address.
Information that may need to be retained
Some records may be retained where required by law, including accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute records. The Company limits the use of retained information to the applicable legal purpose.
If you cannot access the original account, contact contact@sellerpao.com with enough information for the Company to verify your identity.
