How does COD order management work?
COD orders are displayed separately from prepaid orders. The system tracks collection status from each courier automatically. When the courier remits funds, the order status updates immediately.
Do I need to log into each courier platform separately?
No. All couriers are managed from the Seller Pao dashboard. Book Flash for one order, Kerry for another all from the same screen, no switching tabs.
Will I get the same Flash Express rate through Seller Pao?
Rates depend on your existing courier contract. Stores with direct contracts use their own rates. Stores without contracts can contact the Seller Pao team to access negotiated rates.
