Log into Seller Pao, go to Settings → Channels, click 'Add Channel', and select your marketplace. Each connection takes under 5 minutes.

Authorize Access from the Marketplace

The system redirects to each marketplace's Seller Center. Click 'Allow' to grant access no API keys to copy manually.

What is the difference between Official API and scraping?

Official API connections are authorized directly by each marketplace data is accurate, stable, and compliant. Scraping is unauthorized, frequently breaks, and risks account suspension.

Can inventory allocations be set differently per platform?

Yes. You can define how total stock is split across platforms for example, 60 units allocated to Shopee and 40 to Lazada. The system manages the allocation automatically.

If orders arrive simultaneously from multiple platforms, will inventory get confused?

No. Orders are processed sequentially in a queue and inventory updates immediately with each transaction. Race conditions that cause overselling are prevented at the system level.
