Who is responsible for this content

All content on sellerpao.com, including /blog articles, is the responsibility of the Seller Pao team, which operates this website. Reach the editorial contact at contact@sellerpao.com.

We do not yet name an individual author or reviewer per article, because no signing agreement with a professional reviewer exists today. Verifiability stands in for a byline: every tax and legal claim links to the specific page of the issuing authority so readers can check the source themselves.

Sources are checked before publishing

Tax, legal, and fee claims must link to the specific page on the domain of the issuing authority or provider, such as rd.go.th for the Thai Revenue Department, never to a homepage or to secondary news coverage.

Every number needs a unit, a year or date, and an openable source. If no primary source can be found, we remove the figure or describe it qualitatively. We never insert a URL we have not opened, and we never invent people, organisations, or research reports.

Reviews and change logs

Accounting and tax posts are re-checked against the latest Revenue Department announcements every quarter. Each such post ends with a change log listing dates and what changed. If nothing changed on review, the date is not bumped: a visible update date always has a reason behind it.

Scope of content

We write only about what we do daily: order management, inventory and warehousing, shipping and COD, accounting and tax for online sellers, marketplace integration, and choosing backend systems.

Every tax article is general information, not tax advice. Check with your accountant or the Revenue Department before filing. We never claim that software replaces accountants.

Content does not mention competitor product names. Where comparison is needed, we compare types of systems instead.

Use of AI tools

The team uses AI tools for outlining, topic research, and proofreading. Every piece is reviewed by a person for sources, numeric accuracy, and tone before publishing. The core rule: AI must never fabricate facts without a citable source.
